Working Student – Investment & Dealflow (m/f/d) | 20h/week

Apollo Health Ventures is a venture capital firm, investing in early-stage, innovative biotech companies developing transformative therapeutics, with a particular focus on aging biology and healthy lifespan. Our portfolio includes companies such as Aeovian Pharmaceuticals, Haya Therapeutics, and Therini Bio, and we have co-founded companies including Refoxy Pharma and Booster Therapeutics.

We are seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our international investment team and support deal sourcing, scientific evaluation, and internal investment processes. The role is remote within Germany, with optional presence in our Berlin office.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain our internal dealflow platform, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities

  • Screen, assess, and discuss incoming investment opportunities with the investment team

  • Document evaluations and key insights within the dealflow system

  • Conduct scientific and competitive research to support due diligence and investment thesis development

  • Interact with biotech founders, academic groups, and industry partners within our network

  • Contribute to strategic and analytical projects across the investment team

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s student in biomolecular sciences, biomedicine, pharmaceutical sciences, cancer biology, neuroscience, or a related life science discipline

  • Strong interest in drug development, translational science, and biotech innovation

  • Fluent in English (German not required)

  • Enrolled at a German university and residing in Germany

  • Highly analytical, structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
